Turkey breast in sweet wine

Ingredients:

  • Turkey breasts;

  • Garlic;

  • Sage;

  • Salt;

  • Pepper;

  • flour mix;

  • half a glass of sweet Wine;

  • Butter;

Preparation:

The turkey breast is to be covered with flour before cooking in a pan with butter, garlic and sage on a very low fire. When turned upside down, salt and pepper are to be added. And the wine too.

  • E.v. olive oil;;

  • Salt;

  • Pepper;

  • Nutmeg;

  • flour mix;

  • half a glass of Milk;

Preparation:

The turkey breast is to be covered with flour before cooking in a pan with butter and garlic on a very low fire. When turned upside down, salt, pepper and nutmeg are to be added. Then the milk.
