Grilled trout

Ingredients:

  • Trouts;

  • Garlic;

  • Laurel leaves;

  • Flour mix;

  • e.v. Olive oil;

  • Sea-salt & Pepper;

  • Lemon;

Preparation:

The fish are to be covered for at least 1 night with a marinade made out of chopped garlic, pepper, sea-salt, laurel leaves, e.v. olive oil. It grills perfectly on a olive tree wood fire. Before cooking it can be rolled on flour mix so that the skin will not stick to the grill.
