Torta sabbiosa (Sandy cake)
Ingredients for 8 people:
Preparation: Butter and sugar are to be worked out together for a while. When homogenous, the yolks are to be added to the preparation. Then the two kinds of flour, accurately sifted. The white are to be worked out and added to the preparation, which is then poured into a baking pan. It bakes in half an hour at a middle heat.
