Rice pudding First published: 31/VIII/06
Ingredients for 5 people:
Preparation: Milk and sugar are to be mixed together in a deep pot and brought to the boil. Then rice is to be added. All is to be left cooking on a gentle fire until almost all milk is absorbed. Then pour the rice cream in little cups to chill out before stoting them into the fridge. Rice cream can be served cold with a topping of fresh fruit: try it with pear and cinnamom.
