Perch with sage

Ingredients:

  • Perch fillets;

  • Sage leaves;

  • flour mix;

  • butter;

  • salt;

  • lemon;

Preparation:

The fish fillets are to be covered with flour mix and cooked for a few minutes with butter and sage leaves in a pan on a very low fire. To be seasoned with salt and lemon.
