Panna cotta First published: 19/X/05 One of the easiest-to-make delicious Italian dessert. Ingredients for 3-4 people:
Preparation: Cream and sugar are to be mixed together in a deep pot. Gelatine needs to be poured in a bowl with fresh water for 10 minutes, the time required to stir the cream on a low fire. After that, the gelatine can be hold and squeezed so as to let the water drop away and then be poured into the hot pot with cream and sugar: the gelatine will melt instantly. Panna cotta is almost ready as it needs only to be poured into some cups, chill out and then be stored in the fridge for a few hours.
