Pheasant in mandarin sauce

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pheasant;

  • Garlic;

  • Laurel leaves;

  • Rosemary leaves;

  • Sea-salt;

  • Pepper;

  • 4 mandarins.

Preparation:

The pheasant is to be cleaned, washed, and let marinade for one day in the sauce: this is prepared by chopping garlic with sea-salt, pepper, rosemary and laurel leaves and mixed with e.v. olive oil and mandarins cut into pieces. It bakes for 1 up to 1 and half an hour on a medium fire.
