Chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 3 people:

  • 150 g dark chocolate;

  • 45 g butter;

  • 3 eggs;

  • 3 tb spoon sugar;

Preparation:

Let chocolate melt bagnomaria with butter and sugar. Once chilled out, add the yolks and stir well. The white are to be worked out and added to the chocolate cream gently through the means of a wooden spoon. Pour the mousse in cups and let it cool down in the fridge.
