Cacao cake

Ingredients for 8 people:

• 5 eggs;

• 500 g of flour mix;

• 200 g of sugar;

• 250 g of butter;

• 50 g of cacao;

• A little baking powder;

Preparation:

Softened butter, cacao and sugar are to be worked out together for a while. When homogenous, the yolks are to be added to the preparation, and then the flour mix. The white are to be worked out and added to the preparation, which is then poured into a baking pan. It bakes in half an hour at a middle heat.
