Home-made burger

 

Ingredients:

  • Mince meat mix (beef and pork);

  • a handful of tiny Bread crumbs;

  • Garlic;

  • Parsley;

  • Laurel leaves;

  • Rosemary leaves;

  • Salt;

  • Pepper;

Preparation:

The veggies are to be accurately reduced into tiny pieces on the chopping board and then added to the meat in a large bowl. They will then be mixed; bread crumbs will be added, and all will be seasoned with salt and pepper before storing in the fridge for, let say, a day. Just before cooking, take some meat with one hand and shape a ball minding that it will be well compressed; then make it acquire the traditional form of a burger. Burgers are to be set in a pan with garlic, rosemary and laurel leaves on a gentle fire only when olive oil starts frying.
