Broccoli stew - Broccoli strascinati

Ingredients:

  • broccoli (courgette, mushrooms);

  • e.v. olive oil;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  • a glass of fresh water;

  • sea-salt to season;

  • 1 chilly pepper;

Fresh and washed broccoli are to cut into pieces and poured in a pan where garlic cloves and chilly have been left cooking in e.v. olive oil on a gentle fire and before they start to fry. Sea-salt and the glass of water are to be added before covering the pan. After a few minutes (ca. 5) broccoli can be stirred and mashed with a wooden kitchen tool. The pan could better be covered again and left on the fire for further 5 minutes.
