Windsurfing
The northern side of Malcesine is perhaps the most southern windsurf spot on Lake Garda. Basically, proper windsurfing in front of Villa Nichesola can be practised early in the morning when the northern "Peler" blows. Strong wind equipment can be used also in particular moments throughout the day, when the warm "fhoen" accompany bad weather, ensuring an exciting experience. However, in the afternoon windsurfers can make their way to Torbole, 15 km to the north, where the world championship are held, and enjoy the wind blowing from the beach in the upper Lake Garda.
