Just something about your host...
Born in Verona in the middle of the '70s I have been given the name of Fabio Massimo. With a degree in Economics and with an International Law and International Relations Diploma I collaborate since 2001 with the Siena Interuniversity Centre for Agricultural and Environmental Policies as a researcher about estimating the impact of agricultural policies on citizen's and consumer's welfare. In 2003 I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and my life changed accordingly. I moved to Malcesine and settled in the house of my mother's family, where I can now welcome travellers, in particular people with the same diet problem as I have, trying to make the most of my interest for cooking and for the astonishing setting Lake Garda and the surrounding Pre-Alp mountains offer.
